The 2017 Annual General Meeting of the LEX Africa Alliance was held in Nigeria on 7 and 8 April 2017 and hosted by Nigerian member, Giwa-Osagie and Co. The AGM was well attended by delegates from LEX Africa member firms in Botswana, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Kenya, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Senegal, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe. Also attending were representatives of global legal networks Interlex and Multilaw, US law firm Covington and Burling and UK law firm Slaughter and May.
