LEX Africa and members – Finalists for African Legal Awards 2016

The African Legal Awards is about to highlight great achievements from within Africa’s legal community and for the first time they will be recognising law firm networks within Africa.

LEX Africa is excited to be a finalistย in the category African Network of the Year.

Furthermore, our member firm Couto, Graca & Associados (Mozambique) are finalistsย in 3 categories, namely, “African law firm of the Year โ€“ small practice”, the “Innovation Award” and the “Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources Team of the Year”.

Werksmans Attorneys (South Africa) are finalistsย in 2 categories namely, “Environmental, Energy and Natural Resources Team of the Year” and “Employment Team of the Year”.

The decision will be announced at the awards ceremony in Johannesburg on 9 September.

These nominations recognise our role as the first and largest African Legal Alliance with a powerful Pan-African cross border team whose lawyers are highly regarded for their expertise and experience.

LEX Africa wishes its members and fellow category finalistsย the best of luck for the African Legal Awards.
