It was founded in the late 1800s and was originally Millin and Robinson. Over the years it changed its name with the partners of the firm to Millin Robinson Bertram and Currie, Robinson Bertram and Company and finally Robinson Bertram.

The firm consists of four Partners, one Associate Partner, three Professional Assistants and three Articled Clerks. All attorneys are skilled in specific areas of legal practice in Swaziland.
