LEX Africa successfully hosted its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) in Accra, Ghana, on 4 June 2026, in partnership with Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah, bringing together members from 19 countries across the continent for a day of collaboration, knowledge sharing, and strategic discussion.
The conference featured insightful panel discussions on some of Africa's most pressing business and legal developments, including Doing Business in Ghana, Emerging Issues in African Arbitration, Getting the Most Out of Africa's Extraction Sector: Royalty Regimes and Local Participation and Bridging Africa's Infrastructure Gaps: The Role of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).
The AGM provided an invaluable platform for members to exchange perspectives, strengthen relationships, and explore opportunities shaping Africa's economic future.
