Mrs. Bosede Giwa-Osagie is a Partner in the Firm. Prior to joining Giwa-Osagie & Co., she worked in the Legal department of United African Company (UAC) Plc and Magnum Trust Bank Limited.
Over the years, she has provided legal services to foreign and local companies on matters arising from their business transactions in Nigeria, from client briefing to completion of transactions.
She has vast experience in drafting, reviewing and rendering legal advice on various types of commercial agreements such as MOUs, Joint Venture Agreements, Gas Supply Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, Technical Service Agreements, Management and Consultancy Agreements, Software Agreements, Distributorship Agreements, Trust Agreements and Partnership Agreements.
She has also advised foreign and local clients on mergers and acquisitions involving the conduct of due diligence on the target companies and advising on the legal issues arising from such transactions.
