Dev Erriah, barrister at law, is the Head of Erriah Chambers and a dual-qualified lawyer with extensive expertise in international tax, finance, trusts and cross-border transactional work. He holds LLB and LLM degrees from the University College London (“UCL) of University of London in International Tax Law, Company Law, Law of International Finance and International Trusts Law. Dev was called to the UK Bar in 1995 from Gray’s Inn and has built a strong reputation in Mauritius and internationally, advising on complex financial structures, international tax, international trust and major M&A transactions, international arbitration and cross-border litigation. He was the first Chairman of STEP Mauritius and is a long-standing member of several international professional bodies including the International Bar Association. Erriah Chambers, led by Dev, comprises seven barristers and three attorneys at law and maintains active associations with leading foreign law firms.
