As part of the recent trend of emergence of African firms founded by lawyers from the continent, Loucif + Co was created by Rym Loucif, a Franco-Algerian lawyer who returned to settle in Algeria, her country of origin, a few years ago. more than ten years, after having acquired her expertise in leading international firms in Paris and Algiers.

  • Elegancia Healthcare (Power International Holding): Assisting Elegancia Healthcare in establishing a joint venture with the National Investment Fund (FNI) to fund, design, build, equip, and operate a 300-bed hospital.
  • Baladna (Power International Holding): Advising Baladna on the creation of a comprehensive facility for the production of powdered milk, dairy, and beef, as well as the cultivation of fodder and grains, a $3.5 billion project involving a joint venture with the FNI.
  • Chery Automotive: Supporting Chery Automotive in setting up a joint venture for the manufacturing and sale of automotive vehicles in Algeria, in line with Executive Decree No. 22-384.
  • International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group): Conducting an in-depth analysis of Algeria’s legislative and regulatory framework on renewable energy self-production and providing recommendations for its enhancement.
  • Neptune Energy: Assisting Neptune Energy in the sale of its hydrocarbon assets to ENI.
