New LEX Africa member in the DRC: Emery Mukendi Wafwana & Associates, SC-P

Leading DRC law firm, Emery Mukendi Wafwana & Associates, SC-P has joined LEX Africa, the first African legal network established in 1993.

The firm was formed in 1995 by Mr Emery Mukendi Wafwana and is a corporate and commercial law firm specialising in a number of practice areas including general business law (investment law, corporate law, general commercial law, OHADA law, security law, intellectual property law, tax law, telecommunication law, insurance law, aviation, road and maritime law), civil law (family law, international adoptions, land and real estate and contract law), environmental law, evaluation of projects and dispute resolutions including, before major international arbitral tribunals (including the ICC, ICSID, and OHADA-CCJA).
