Danielle is Managing Partner at D.Moukouri & Partners in Cameroon.
She specialises in corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, competition and intellectual property law.ย  Danielle has acted as leading counsel in a wide range of corporate and commercial briefs in the leading law firms she worked with in Cameroon, Nigeria and South Africa.ย 

She specialises in OHADA corporate law, Technology and Fintech law and represents clients in OHADA-related litigation within Africa and in international arbitration proceedings.ย  Danielle intervenes as a corporate law specialist and main speaker at several international conferences.ย 

Danielle is a World Bank Doing Business consultant and a lecturer at the University of Abomey-Calavi in the Benin Republic.
