Nelly Tiyago-Jinjika, is a Partner at Zimbabwean member firm Scanlen & Holderness.
After graduating from the University of Pretoria, Nellie joined Scanlen and Holderness as an associate in January 2004. In July 2008 she became the third female to be appointed as partner since the inception of Scanlen and Holderness. Over the years she has specialised in Corporate and Commercial law, her main practise areas being in joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, commercial litigation and registration of intellectual property.
Nellie is registered as a conveyancer, an Administrator registered with the Estate Administration Council of Zimbabwe and is also a member of the International Bar Association (IBA). She presently serves as a Non-Executive Board Member of Stanbic Bank Zimbabwe and nominees P/L and MMC Stockbrokers P/L.
Nellie is passionate about the firmโs socioโcorporate responsibilities and has partnered with corporate to provide legal assistsance to low income earning households.
