LEX Africa 2024 AGM – Press Release

LEX Africa, the leading African legal alliance, and International Practice Group (IPG), a global network of over 2,500 professionals, held their Annual General Meetings in Casablanca.  The event, hosted by I&I LAW FIRM, the Moroccan member of LEX Africa, brought together over 130 legal and financial professionals from Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Americas on 25 April 2024.

The day-long event featured presentations by leading Moroccan and international experts on a range of critical topics, including:

  • Foreign investment opportunities in Morocco;
  • Renewable energy in Morocco and Africa;
  • Challenges and opportunities in African M&A transactions;
  • The current state of African and international arbitration;
  • Competition law in light of corporate governance.
