July 2011: The Law Firms H. Gamito, Couto, Gonçalves Pereira, Castelo Branco & Associados, Limitada, MGA – Advogados e Consultores, Limitada and Furtado, Loforte & Associados, Limitada are pleased to communicate their merging into a new Law Firm, which name is “Couto, Graça e Associados, Limitada” (“CGA”).
The ongoing merging process among these three Law Firms results from the belief shared by all of us that each ones values, goals, capabilities, experiences and legal practices once brought together and harmonized, will contribute to an enhanced response to the challenges we have been facing and to an even higher quality of the services to be rendered according to the demands raised by the legal market in which we operate.
The new Law Firm will rely on the founding partners and the 45 Mozambican lawyers from the merging Law Firms, who will be assigned to specific and specialised areas of practice, aiming to ensure the rendering of legal services that are tailored to and address totally the needs of the Clients.
The Law Firm “Couto, Graça e Associados, Limitada” will start operating form the 1st June, 2011, having its offices at Avenida Kim II Sung, no. 961 and Avenida Kenneth Kaunda, no. 592, both located in the City of Maputo.
